What is 7v7?
7-on-7 is a passing-only format of football that focuses on quarterback, wide receiver, and defensive back skill development. There's no offensive or defensive line — just skill positions going head-to-head in fast-paced, competitive play.
Who Can Participate?
Our 7v7 program, "The Lab", is open to youth athletes ages 8U through 18U. We also offer a Girls Flag Football program for young female athletes. Players are grouped by age and skill level to ensure competitive and developmentally appropriate matchups.
What Will Athletes Learn?
Athletes will develop route running, quarterback mechanics, defensive coverage, footwork, and football IQ in a high-repetition environment. The Lab is designed to accelerate skill growth and prepare players for tackle football at the highest level.

COLLEGE RECRUITING
The Lab is built to develop athletes for the next level. We create opportunities for players to get seen, evaluated, and recruited by college programs.
Exposure Events
The Lab competes in high-visibility tournaments and showcases attended by college coaches, scouts, and recruiters from programs across Texas and nationally.
Film & Highlights
We help athletes build their recruiting profile with game film, highlight reels, and stats to share directly with college programs.
Recruiting Guidance
Our coaching staff provides athletes and families with guidance on the recruiting process — from building a profile to communicating with college coaches.
Elite Competition
Playing against top-tier competition in The Lab raises an athlete's recruiting profile and demonstrates their ability to perform at a high level against the best.
